Fill handle

The fill handle is a small black dot or square in the bottom right corner of the active cell.

cell referemce

a cell reference identifies the location a cell or group of cells in the spreadsheet.

Sorting scheme in which the sort starts from the smallest or lowest value and proceeds to the largest or highest value.

active cell

The intersection of a row and column in a spreadsheet that is currently selected.
